We provide real estate tax advice and general real estate disputes resolution, including litigation, arbitration and administrative disputes (e.g. relating to planning and zoning, building permits etc). We also advise on financing schemes, including mortgage loans.
We are very experienced in a very broad variety of lease and sublease transactions, including forms of profit sharing or turnover based commercial leases, rent – leaseback and sale – lease back arrangements, time sharing and vacation rentals and platforms, hotel specific leases and/or management and/or mixed contracts.
